State Of The Art Technology
We offer high volume turning using state of the art technology based on Citizen and Mazak machinery. This includes a new Citizen A32 Ø32mm machine offering high speed processing with the latest NC unit, Citizen's unique streamline control and 30% higher productivity than previous machines, resulting in a better service around for our customers. Capacity includes:
- CNC turning upto 51mmØ
- Stainless steel, aluminium, copper and plastics
- Tolerances of 10µm
- Bar fed 24/7 Production (840 man hours/week capacity)
- Multiple spindles, back end working, 'c' axis milling & 7 Axis Work
- Single hit machining
